Joie Schubert serves as the Director of Client Relations and Marketing at Appelman Law Firm, where she plays a vital role in shaping both the client experience and the firm’s public presence. With a strong background in communication, strategy, and client engagement, Joie ensures that every person who reaches out to the firm feels heard, respected, and supported from the very first interaction.
In addition to leading the intake and consultation process, Joie oversees the firm’s marketing initiatives, including social media outreach, brand development, and community networking. Her efforts not only build trust with potential clients but also position the firm as a visible, approachable, and respected voice in the legal community. She works closely with the attorneys to ensure that every piece of outreach reflects the firm’s values, tone, and commitment to advocacy.
Joie has also designed and implemented streamlined systems that improve internal workflows, strengthen communication, and enhance the overall client experience. Her leadership has helped the firm grow its reach while maintaining a deeply personal and client-centered approach.
Outside the office, Joie brings the same energy and compassion into every aspect of her life. Her first love is work—especially the work of helping people—but when she’s not building connections or refining systems, you’ll likely find her spending time with family and friends in Florida or out on the water, soaking up sunshine and good conversation.
