Physical Control of a Motor Vehicle
Minnesota DWI laws state that it is a crime for any person to drive, operate, or be in physical control of a motor vehicle within the state when the person's alcohol concentration is 0.08 or more. Most people are keenly aware that if they drive drunk after consuming alcohol they could get into serious trouble
Blood Alcohol Concentration Test
If you have been placed under arrest because an officer believes that you are in violation of Minnesota DWI or DUI laws you will be required to take a test to determine your blood alcohol concentration.
What is a Refusal?
Minnesota DWI law states that a refusal occurs when a Police officer has probable cause to believe a driver is driving, operating or in physical control of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
